Calvay Housing Association recently completed its Allocations Policy review. Our Management Committee discussed the outcome of the consultation process and proposed changes at our meeting on 15th August 2024 and agreed to implement from 1st October 2024.
However, due to changes within some of our groups and the new points awards, all applications will require a review. Therefore, Calvay will be closing their waiting list from 1st - 30th September 2024 to allow staff the appropriate time to carry out this exercise. All application enquiries will also be suspended during this time.
Applicants will thereafter receive their new award letters which will be sent throughout the month of October.
Please note you can still apply for rehousing either online or by a paper application, but your application will not be processed until this review is complete.
