As of the 1st April 2025 Calvay will be moving to a new gas maintenance contractor.
City Technical Services have been appointed to deliver gas servicing and maintenance on behalf of the Association.
What does this mean for you?
· When you call our office to report an issue with your boiler/central heating you will select Option 1 and this will direct your call to City Technical who will organise your repair or book your service
· A new phone number to report repairs direct to City Technical Services that will allow you to report central heating repairs both during and out with of office hours - 0333 202 0708
· New engineers working in the area with different branding on their uniforms and vans
· Otherwise, the same level of service will be delivered
· The annual service of your boiler will be carried out by City Technical Services
· Please make sure to always ask for ID from anyone calling at your home to confirm they are who they say they are
Until the 1st April 2025 Calvay’s current contractor Gas Sure will continue to provide this service.
