Operations Manager

Derek Baker has worked for over 16 years within the Housing sector with experience in all areas of Housing Management, Welfare Rights and Asset Management.

Derek has previously held positions as a Customer Services Officer, Welfare Rights Officer, Housing Officer and Property Manager at a community-based housing association and is looking forward to working with the team and our customers to continue to deliver an excellent service.

He is also a member of the Chartered Instituted of Housing holding a Diploma in Housing Management.
