Gail Dockrell

Senior Housing Officer

Gail joined the Association in January 1990 as a Housing Assistant, then onto to Housing Officer and subsequently progressed to Senior Housing Officer during this time.

Gail’s role includes developing and delivering service improvements in customer service and housing management, as well as ensuring the achievement of performance outcomes and compliance with regulation, legislation, best practice and quality standards.

Gail has a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Studies from Glasgow University.
