Neville Wood

Neville was elected at the AGM in 2025.

Neville has worked as an accountant for 30 years, over several different industries, and became CIMA qualified in 2003.  He currently works for a construction company as Group Finance Director.  The company is based in Glasgow with a turnover of around £80m.

Neville was interested in joining the Management Committee as it is a different type of role and he will be able to use his experience to help a local organisation.  He has been a Management Accountant for all of his career and worked within companies to help them prepare and analyse their accounts.  As part of this he had to deal externally with banks and audit firms and hopes that this experience can assist Calvay.

Neville lives in East Dunbartonshire with his wife and ten year old twins.
