Rent Payments

Your rent is due on or before the 1st of each month and is payable in advance. We have increased payment methods to enable you to pay quick and easy. The following options are available to make rent payments;

Branded Gateway

Our website now has an Allpay Branded Gateway. This is a customised online payment system which allows customers to make Rent and Factoring payments. By selecting the “Make a Payment” button at the top of the page you can now make payments more easily and securely.    You will no longer require a Payment Card where you are required to enter in a 19-digit number, although this option is still available.   The system now accepts tenancy reference and factored owner numbers. Your reference is unique to you so if you are unsure of your own personal reference number then please contact the office and we will happily provide you with this.

Pay by Link

Allpay's Pay-by-Link feature allows customers to make secure online payments via a unique, personalized URL (link) sent to you via text or email. The link will be personalised to your account and have your reference. This link can be used at any time to make rent, factoring and one-off payments.

Moving forward we will send a payment link by email or text for all new tenants or if you have lost your rent/factoring payment card instead of issuing a replacement Allpay card. However, an Allpay card will be available on request by contacting your Housing Officer should you still wish to use a card.

How Pay-by-Link Works:

1.        Receiving the Link:

Customers receive a unique Pay-by-Link via text or email from the organization they owe money to.

2.        Accessing the Payment Page:

Clicking the link directs the customer to a secure, branded payment gateway.

3.        Making the Payment:

The customer enters their payment information (credit or debit card details) and a validation code (if applicable).

4.        Confirmation:

The customer receives confirmation of the successful payment.

Receipts can be emailed to customers, but you must have a valid email address.  Please contact the office to ensure your emails is up to date.

Callpay

If you are not comfortable to pay online or through our payment link, you can call the office, and we can take your payment securely.

You will be asked to enter your bank card number into your telephone keypad instead of reading this out, this is to ensure that your bank details are always kept secure during the payment process.

Direct Debit

Many tenants will find this is the easiest and most convenient method of payment.  It automatically takes the payment from your bank or building society account.  Setting up your direct debit is quick and simple and the Direct Debit Guarantee protects against any incorrect payments.  Please contact the office on 0141 771-7722 and we can set this up over the telephone.  No forms are needed and the process takes five minutes. Alternatively you can download and complete a direct debit mandate and either post or hand this into the office.

Paypoint Outlets

You can pay your rent at any outlet which has a ‘PayPoint’ notice.  Give your swipe card to the assistant with your cash. Some outlets will also accept cheques.  You will be issued with a receipt which you should keep as proof of payment.  You can search for a payment outlet online at www.allpay.net/outlet.

Post Office

You can pay your rent/factoring fees at any Post Office using your payment swipe card. You will be issued with a receipt which you should keep as proof of payment.
