Peter Howden

Committee Member

Over three decades of involvement with Calvay, Peter has demonstrated that he has substantial knowledge of the housing issues affecting Registered Social Landlords in Scotland.  He has a commitment to tenant participation and community control and has, in the past, held the position of EVH Committee Member of the Year.

During his time as a Committee Member, Peter has held the position of Secretary and as Chairperson.  Other positions held by Peter are Executive Member of the Glasgow and West of Scotland Forum

Aside from his links to housing, Peter has a keen interest in developing sustainable neighbourhoods, addressing poverty and improving employability.
