Calvay Housing Association is proud to support hundreds of people with high-quality, affordable housing across the east end of Glasgow. Founded in 1985 to help improve the housing conditions of local residents, we now manage a portfolio of 825 homes in the area.
As a responsible registered social landlord, we work cooperatively with the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) to ensure that our governance complies with its regulatory standards.
A recent review by SHR identified that Calvay Housing Association is required to make improvements to meet regulatory standards.
We have commissioned an independent investigation and we are now proactively working towards achieving full compliance. We are confident that we can complete this within 18 months.
We would like to underline that our current status and action plan to improve governance at an organisational level has no impact on our tenants, or the trusted services that we offer.
