Emergency Repairs

Emergencies are problems that present immediate risks to your safety, security or health.

Emergency repairs timescale is six hours. Please be aware that this is to make the situation safe only. A full repair will be complete in 24 hours. Due to the nature of certain repairs, the timescale for completion could be extended.

Emergency Examples; 

•Burst Pipes causing flooding;

•Blocked toilet;

•Total electrical failure; and

•Boarding up a broken window.

Non-emergency Repairs

Non-emergency repairs are things you can reasonably live with for a short time without immediate risk to your safety, security or health, for example, an internal door repair or plastering.

Non-emergency repairs will be carried out within seven working days.  Please be aware that the timescales may need to be extended due to the nature of certain repairs.
